Professional Affiliates, are hospitality professionals, primarily concierges working across New Zealand who may not yet be a Les Clefs d’Or member, however, who share our core values, commitment to service excellence, and passion for elevating the guest experience.

They work closely with Les Clefs d’Or New Zealand, actively engaging with our network, participating in events, and contributing to the ongoing growth and professionalism of the concierge community. Their involvement helps to strengthen the spirit of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and camaraderie that defines our society.

Professional Affiliates can be identified in New Zealand hotel properties by the single blue insignia worn on their left lapel, symbolizing their alignment with our values and their aspiration to uphold the highest standards of service. While they may not yet wear the crossed golden keys, these individuals represent the future of our profession and are a valued part of Les Clefs d’Or New Zealand.
